Levine Builders,based in Douglaston, Queens was founded in 1979 by company president Jeffrey E. Levine.  Levine Builders provides full construction management and general contracting services and has been involved in the construction and renovation of thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial space throughout
New York City . Its diversity and range of work includes luxury high-rise residential buildings, hotels, affordable housing, assisted living facilities, as well as retail, mixed-use developments and historical renovation/restoration projects.  Well-respected in the industry for its top-quality construction, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2004.

Architect

Stephen B. Jacobs Group, PC;  an award winning firm established in 1967.  Their innovative work has been extensively published and includes many of New York ’s finest apartment houses and hotels, including the trendy Hotel Gansevoort, Library and Giraffe Hotel. 

Interior Designer

Andi Pepper Interior Design;  Andi Pepper brings her extensive background and involvement in the fine arts to all of her interiors.  Her work has often been described as “painting with fabrics, carpets, wood and stone”.  She is responsible for the interiors of the Hotel Gansevoort, Giraffe and Library as well as numerous award winning, cutting edge luxury apartments and condominiums.
